Hi Ladies if it is not raining by 2:00, do you want me to take you out for the Sat training session. I am happy to take you through it if you are keen. We could go out earlier to clock up a few easy Ks and do the session last. Let me know.

Hi JB, sorry I wont be able to come out today as I am running over in Matamata, as I am also training for the national duathlon on the 25th August.
